As a left wing liberal and an evolutionist, I had never understood why more than 43% of U.S. population still believe in Creationism (See NCS 2004 Gallop poll), and why even a larger percentage believe in Intelligent Design.
My visit to the museum in Jan 2009 gave me some insights.
